The staff at Hotel Mondschein is exceptionally kind. The hotel offers exceptional views of the old town.- It has a great location and convenient parking.- The hotel is close to the river in the Old Town and within easy walking distance to all major sights, local public transport, shops, and restaurants.

Travelling with my dog was easy and the hotel had a charming and unique atmosphere.

The rooms here are recently renovated and very practical, the staff are extremely friendly, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the bridge.

I had 1 night in Innsbruck, spending the time here lovely. I've booked a classic room with a backyard view and everything was very comfortable.- Service-oriented and patient staff who cared about me.- Greatly enjoyed fresh and varied breakfast options with unusual gluten-free and yogurt, for instance.- The hotel was set in a central area very close to the main center of town, the river right across the old town, and close to the center for shops.

Came here for 1 night with my dog, everything was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh made for a hotel of this rating with scrambled eggs and a nice view and pancakes. Ideal and comfortable location - only a short distance to everywhere I needed.

Everything was perfect, my next choice again in Innsbruck. The hotel had a great and stunning location with access to Ottoburg nearby.3. The staff were welcoming and made my stay a really comfortable experience.4. The service was excellent and the food was fresh.

Central location

Unfortunately, our room was located right above a bar and it was quite loud at night with the window open.

The service here is excellent, and the rooms are nicely decorated, with really comfortable beds and a helpful wake-up service, as well as being very close to the city center.

Very nice friendly reception. The lady at the reception gave us many tips for excursions.

The rooms here are a good size and the beds are super comfy. You'll find a safe to keep your stuff secure, a handy climate control, and an electronic key card for easy access. 😊

Location was fantastic, just across from the old town. Beautiful scenery overlooking river and old town. Clean, friendly staff, nice big breakfast included, good bathrooms, free wifi.
